The Challenge

IMB is a young, dynamic financial services company. They approached us with a challenge they were facing. Customers were not engaging actively with their online site when it came to managing their personal finances. The process for registering on the online site was too arduous. The client required a more swift and user-friendly approach in order to get his customers to engage with the online product in a quicker and interactive manner.

The Solution

We advised the client to launch a mobile application from where the IMB customer would be able to manage their personal finances by simply logging in from their mobile device with immediate accessibility and less hassles. The mobile app would be developed with a more simplified approach – an easier functionality, menu layout and general design.

Although this has become an ongoing project where we are constantly improving on the user-experience, we developed the IMB Money App from the ground up, enabling anyone in South Africa with a valid passport or South African ID to receive and send money to relatives and friends as well as purchase items safely and securely.

The Result

The launch of the mobile application resulted in the growth of user sign-ups. The mobile app also boosted the client’s marketing efforts as it offered an extension via a mobile device and supported the brand as a whole. Since the launch of the app, there was a noticeable improvement (decrease) in customer support queries as users were finding it simpler to navigate, with better functionality capabilities when sending or receiving money or paying for items.

The Challenge

A client in the commercial legal space approached us about wanting to automate processes for generating legal documentation based on the unique circumstances and requirements of their clients. The client was looking for a more convenient approach when it comes to finalising legal documents, especially with a view to the time it takes to finalise legal agreements between the various parties involved.

The Solution

Our team was responsible for creating a product that would enable the end-user to enter basic information required by specified legal documents, and once complete, generate the required legal documentation automatically for immediate use.

The Result

A time saving benefit by eliminating unnecessary time required to fill out legal documents, freeing up our time to focus on finding more prospects due to the ability to auto-generate and complete more documents on a daily basis.

The Challenge

The client was using their existing Fsphub product (all-in-one office productivity solution, specifically designed for SME/SMBs), where the mechanism for sending and receiving e-mails via the system was not efficient enough. This was an area they wanted to significantly improve by eliminating the number of issues experienced with e-mails and also decrease hosting costs that are paid to maintain an existing Fsphub product.

The Solution

Our team managed to implement more advanced tools for managing email accounts and mailboxes by using third party applications.

The Result

A decrease in customer support queries and hosting costs and an improvement in customer retention as users were no longer experiencing email issues resulting in better customer support and service.
